Blue Cross Waterdale residence in Ivanhoe is a welcoming home providing 52 places for people with low care needs who want to live in a safe, warm community where all their requirements can be effortlessly met. We offer a comfortable and friendly environment that fosters independence, dignity and respect.

This friendly and spacious residence offers tastefully decorated rooms, complete with television and telephone connections, hydronic heating and ceiling fans.

Waterdale has a range of leisure and lifestyle programs designed to encourage participation and engagement of all our residents. The Waterdale bus takes residents on outings and activities such as arts and crafts or gentle exercise are arranged. The local bus and train stops are within walking distance of the residence.

At Waterdale every one of our team strives, with stakeholders and family members, to devise 'best practice' initiatives and programs that develop and maintain the social, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness of our residents. Other services such as hairdressing, optometry, podiatry and physiotherapy services can be accessed on site.

We have a chef who prepares a menu of delicious, nutritious meals using fresh produce every day. All meals can be designed to meet any dietary or cultural preference.
