Personal Care
Our highly qualified, skilled and experienced care staff are available to assist you with daily self-care tasks that have been identified and documented in your care plan. All BlueCross Personal Care staff hold a Certificate III in Aged or Community Care and First Aid and have been carefully screened and police checked.
BlueCross care staff will provide you with safe and dignified care, supporting you with everyday tasks. Our DCW staff are all certificate trained, holding a minimum Certificate III in Aged or Community care. They also hold a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and have been carefully screened and police checked. They will provide you with safe, sensitive, private and dignified personal care, helping and supporting you to perform daily living tasks.
Personal care assistance includes daily activities such as:
- showering,
- meals,
- transport,
- socialisation.
