Complete levels of care
Each person is different. So at BlueCross we recognise that our residences need to be responsive to individual needs.
Low care
Low care is for clients who need some help, but do not have very complex ongoing care needs, and need some assistance with daily activities, personal care, and minor medical care.
High care
For clients requiring higher physical dependence and a greater degree of specialised nursing care, pain management and more complex medical care.
Memory support
Memory support is a specialist program to positively manage dementia (which includes Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia).
Respite
Carers need a break too and respite is offered to support carers in their role. We can also provide short-term accommodation for clients while family are away on holidays.
