Blue Cross Community Care is dedicated to the provision of quality care for older people, those with disabilities and carers at home. We know that many people want to maintain living independently at home so we provide the support to individuals and families to help them achieve this.

With specialised staff available across metropolitan Melbourne we can tailor individual packages to meet particular physical, medical, cultural and social needs.

Blue Cross Community Care specialises in providing home care services for the elderly, disabled, post hospital discharges, intellectually disabled and terminally ill, as well as services such as child care, home maintenance and domestic duties. Blue Cross Community Care also provides a supported holiday service.

We work very closely with other agencies and referral centres such as Hospitals, Social Workers, Carer Respite, CACPS & EACH package providers, working across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. All of our services provided to clients are coordinated and operated from our head office.

Blue Cross Community Care works closely with the individual person and the family to match them with a suitably qualified carer that best meets their medical requirements as well as any cultural needs. You also have the added advantage of priority access to any of our associated supported residential aged care services for respite, convalescence or permanent residential accommodation through our associated SRS Centres, and access to our 17 residential aged care facilities.
