With specialised staff available across Metropolitan Melbourne, we can tailor an individual package to meet your particular physical, medical, cultural and social needs.

We work closely with other agencies and referral centres such as hospitals, social workers, Department Of Veterans’ Affairs, Carer Respite Centres, CACPS and EACH package providers across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. All of our services provided to clients are coordinated and operated from our central Office. BlueCross Community and Residential Care has been providing care and support within aged care and the community since 1993. BlueCross Care at Home supports over 1500 clients in their homes. The high quality of our services has been validated through our quality accreditation results and client and family feedback.

BlueCross Care at Home works closely with our clients and their family to match them with a suitably qualified carer that best meets their needs. You also have the added advantage of priority access to any of our associated supported residential aged care services for respite, convalescence or permanent residential accommodation through associated SRS Centres, and access to our 22 residential aged care facilities.

Our skilled Coordination Team are trained to provide a professional service in a caring and sensitive manner. Our staff are carefully selected to meet your specific requirements.
 

So what can BlueCross Care at Home provide for you?
Our suite of services is available to everyone. Some of our services are Government Funded and will have associated eligibility requirements. Some of our current funded clients choose to  “top up”  services provided by Government funded packages and pay for extra services – an option available to all clients.  All of our services are available to individual private clients and our Care Team will be happy to discuss an affordable option to meet your individual requirements.
