A grand and beautiful residence
This grand, beautiful new residence at Mill Park provides 90 places for people with both high and low care needs. It is a modern air-conditioned building designed to include the very best amenities possible. Our Memory Care unit is dedicated to providing appropriate care in a secure environment for people living with dementia. The Boulevard has partnered with La Trobe University to undertake research that will further enhance our unit and meet the needs of residents with dementia.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and come equipped with television and telephone connections, hydronic heating and ceiling fans. Residents are encouraged to bring their own pieces to decorate their rooms and make them their own.
The opening of the Men’s Shed received wonderful compliments from our male residents; however it was soon pointed out by our female residents that they would love a haven of their own, where they could sew, knit or just chin wag over a cup of tea. The opening of the Ladies Parlour has provided our ladies a venue to meet and socialise. Our residents then join one another for ball room dancing and then a glass of beer and a cream sherry at the bar. The Boulevard offers a retirement style living in an Aged care Residence.
Leisure & Lifestyle
There are a range of social programs and activities designed to encourage participation and engagement, as well as a range of on-site services including hairdressing, podiatry and physiotherapy.
The Boulevard team encourages independence and a strong sense of wellbeing in all residents, and welcome family and friends to become a regular part of life at the residence. Programs include intergenerational classes, wellness programs and social events that encourage meaningful connections with the local community. These programs promote independence and a sense of wellbeing.
Residents can also access hairdressing, podiatry and physiotherapy services on site.
Our menu
We have an onsite chef who prepares a menu of delicious, nutritious meals using fresh produce every day. All meals can be designed to meet any dietary or cultural preference- but most of all, we like to prepare meals people will enjoy.
