BlueCross Monterey in Glenroy is a welcoming home for 80 people with low care needs. We offer residents ‘Ageing in Place’, the unique opportunity to live in one place although care needs may increase.
This modern and spacious residence offers single and double rooms with ensuite complete with television and telephone connections, hydronic heating and ceiling fans.
Leisure & Lifestyle Monterey has a range of leisure and lifestyle programs designed to encourage participation and engagement of all our residents. The Monterey bus takes residents on outings and activities such as arts, crafts and bingo. The local bus stop is also conveniently situated at the front of the residence.
Residents can also access hairdressing, optometry, podiatry and physiotherapy services all onsite.
Our menu We have a chef who prepares a menu of delicious, nutritious meals using fresh produce every day. All meals can be designed to meet any dietary or cultural preference - but most of all, we like to prepare meals people will enjoy. Morning and afternoon tea is also served to residents in the dining room.
