Blue Cross Ashby residence in Lower Templestowe is a welcoming home providing 60 places for people with low care needs. We offer residents ‘Ageing in Place’, the unique opportunity to live in one place although care needs may increase. With excellent presentation and service, Blue Cross Ashby offers a comfortable and friendly environment that encourages independence.

All of our tastefully decorated private rooms come equipped with ensuite, telephone and television connections, hydronic heating and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Residents are encouraged to join our specially designed leisure and lifestyle programs to help make your stay with us a sociable, relaxing and pleasant experience. Amongst the many activities available are music, arts & crafts, exercise programs, outings, shopping trips, computer tutorials and much more. Residents can also access hairdressing, manicure, podiatry and physiotherapy services on site.

Spend some time reading and relaxing in our spacious lounges and enjoy the convenience of our visiting Council library service. Landscaped courtyards and gardens also enable you to relax or spend time with friends and family.

We have a chef who prepares a menue of delicious, nutritious meals using fresh produce every day. All meals can be designed to meet any dietary or cultural preference - but most of all, we like to prepare meals people will enjoy.
